
The CUNY Inclusive Economy program at Hunter College, for film and media students, is hosting two special site visits this month.
First, on April 22, from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., students can attend a site visit to Rubenstein Communications.
Rubenstein Communications, a New York-based public relations and reputation management firm with more than 60 years of experience, is known for its work in media relations, crisis management, and strategic counseling.
While at Rubenstein Communications, attendees can connect with professionals and recruiters, gain insight into the firm’s daily work and learn what it takes to secure a position in the public relations industry.

Then, on April 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., students interested in news production and the inner workings of a newsroom can attend a newsroom site visit with Bloomberg.
Bloomberg News is a New York-based international news agency that covers topics regarding business, finance and the economy. The organization delivers news across multiple platforms, including Bloomberg Radio and Bloomberg.com, and focuses on data-driven analysis.
During the newsroom site visit, attendees can learn how a Bloomberg newsroom operates from pre-production to live broadcast and post-segments, and gain insight into the fast-paced world of financial journalism and news broadcasting.
