Pattern On Pattern On Pattern is an exhibition of some fun new multimedia paintings and ceramic sculpture created by Doris Caçoilo this summer. In this series the artist explores her own obsession with the synchronization, harmony and clashing of visual patterns and life.
Rachel Stevens and IMA alumnae Laura Chipley, Sarah Nelson Wright, Samara Smith, A.E. Souzis present their projects at Visible Evidence. Projects: Oyster City, The Newtown Creek Armada, Architextour and COMMotion. Collectively, these projects draw on a variety of mobile technologies to increase interactivity and participation.
IMA alumni Sarah Friedland and Ryan Joseph’s “The Rink” and IMA alumni Tamara Gubernat and Natasha Florentino’s “Rezoning Harlem” will be showing Thursday night at as part of the Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space’s I (heart) NRCHY: Subversion & the City Film Festival!
