IMA alumna Annie Berman’s short film Of Birds and Boundaries will be screening at the 3rd Annual Women’s Film Series at Bronx Documentary Center.

The short is an animated documentary that tells the story of ‘Marty’, a 25-year-old Hasidic family man in Brooklyn who finds freedom on Craigslist, where he meets Annie, a secular filmmaker seeking a Hasidic researcher for her next project. What follows is the development of an unexpected relationship between two unlikely collaborators. There will be a Post-screening Q&A with Annie Berman.
