We’ve got a packed April full of screenings, discussions, and trivia. Whether you’re a film fanatic or just curious, there’s something for you. Here’s what’s coming up:

April 1 – Underseen & Underrated
Let’s talk about films that deserve more love! Bring your favorite underrated gem to share with the group—whether it’s a forgotten indie, an overlooked classic, or an international masterpiece, we want to hear about it!

April 8 – The Art of the Short Film
Short films can pack a serious punch. We’ll be watching and discussing some of the best—from award-winning festival picks to brilliant underground finds.

April 15 – Trivia Showdown
Think you know film? Prove it. We’re diving into a multi-round movie trivia battle spanning everything from golden age classics to deep-cut cult favorites. Bragging rights—and maybe a prize—await the winner!

April 22 – Film & Philosophy
How do movies shape the way we see the world? Let’s explore the big questions and deep themes behind some of cinema’s most thought-provoking films. Bring a movie that changed your perspective.

Special Event – April 9 at 3 PM | Jeffrey’s Pick: Shrek Location: The Lang Hall
We’re going big Jeffrey style with Shrek! Come in costume as your favorite swamp-dwelling hero, villain, or fairy tale misfit—because we’re encouraging full-on themed chaos. There may even be prizes… 
Note: This event will take place on Wednesday, April 9 at 3 PM in The Lang Hall instead of our usual Tuesday slot.
