IMA alum Dylan Gauthier will be leading a walking discussion tour in North Greenpoint, Brooklyn as part of the breakout Sunday to the Creative Time Summit next Sunday the 27th. The walk will trace the footprint of Greenpoint Landing and 77 Commercial Street mega tower construction projects. They will discuss art and gentrification, urban edge zones and wilderness in the neighborhood. The walk will be followed by a dinner at the Sunview Luncheonette.

IMA alumna Stephanie Rabins’ film screenings
IMA alumna Stephanie Rabins will be screening her piece in Labour in a Single Shot at the Goethe Institute in Boston on October 22nd at 6 pm. On October 24th she will be screening her thesis film We Take the Train at Green Shorts film festival in Portsmouth New Hampshire at 7:30 pm.

IMA alumna Melissa Nicolardi will be participating as a panelist on India’s Borders: History, Memory and Stories, hosted by the Consulate General of India. On Friday October 18th they will be presenting and discussing the work from The Borderland’s Project at the Consulate Ballroom.
