IMA student Megan Rossman’s film screening at NewFest in New York City

IMA student Megan Rossman’s award-winning documentary Love Letter Rescue Squad will be screening at the NewFest: the New York City LGBT Film Festival. The film chronicles the origin of the Lesbian Herstory Archives, the world’s largest collection of materials by and about lesbians and their communities.

IMA alumna Jing Wang’s films screening at The Graduate Center

IMA alumna Jing Wang’s will be showing a preview for both of her films, Delivering Justice and My Name is Jing, at CUNY’s Graduate Center. After the screening, there will a special talk with her about both films.

Delivering Justice is an upcoming documentary about New York’s food delivery cyclists. My Name is Jing reflects on the crucial elements and social changes in contemporary Chinese society through a family story.
