IMA alumna Iva Radivojevic selected as Sundance Institute Fellow

IMA alumna Iva Radivojevic has been selected as 2017 Sundance Institute Art of Nonfiction Fellow.  Her films have screened at NYFF, SXSW, Rotterdam IFF, HotDocs, MOMA (NYC), PBS, and via The New York Times Op-Docs.

The Sundance Institute’s Art of Nonfiction Fellowship grants key creative and financial support to inventive nonfiction storytellers, encouraging the creative process of boundary-pushing. It includes an unrestricted direct-to-artist grant and a yearlong fellowship track tailored to each Fellow’s creative aspirations and challenges.

Prof. Véronique Bernard’s film selected by Sundance Institute

Professor Véronique Bernard’s documentary film Enter the Faun has been selected by Sundance Documentary Fund for 2015 Audience Engagement.

Film synopsis: “Art and science collide as a young actor with cerebral palsy and a dancer embark on a journey that leads to unprecedented physical transformation and challenges the limitations associated with disability.”
