Film & Media Students Jing Wang & George Morales’ work

Concerned about the CUNY Budget Cuts and the possibility of yet another tuition increase, Jing Wang and George Morales (two of Professor Gold’s students) went to Albany with other CUNY students on March 15, 2011 to lobby in support of public higher education. Here is their story.

There are still many seats in MEDP 281: portable video production, MEDP 285: Web production 1, MEDP 299.15 and other video and digital media production courses.

If you have MEDP or FILM 150 you can register for any of these three classes as long as you have a MEDP/FILMP 160 coreq or prereq).

Spring Film Festival Submission Deadline

Calling for entries from both Hunter students and alumni. The submission fee has been waved for this festival. The entry form will be posted online later today.

TRT (total run time) for all films – including credits – should be under 15 minutes. Any film that runs over this limit will not be judged or screened.

Please submit your film as either a self-contained QuickTime file or a playable DVD.
