My name is Renelle, and I’m the Outreach Coordinator for Queer Voices: NYC Film Festival. We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for volunteers to join us for our 2026 festival season!
Queer Voices: NYC is a four-day film festival dedicated to centering and celebrating LGBTQIA+ filmmakers of color. Our mission is to empower these artists by providing a platform to share their stories, build community, and connect with professional opportunities in film and media.
This year’s festival will take place Thursday, September 10th through Sunday, September 13th, with programming across three locations: The LGBT Center, The Stonewall Visitor Center, and Nitehawk Cinema Prospect Park.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, community-minded volunteers who are excited to help us create an incredible festival experience filled with film screenings, networking opportunities, panels, and community events.
Volunteers must be 18+ and all positions are on-site.
