We hope that you are well. On behalf of the NYC Department of City Planning (DCP), we are connecting to share opportunities with you, in the form of summer paid in person internships, particularly for students interested in Communications and/or Journalism.
Our summer paid in person internship program will be held from Monday, June 6th thru Friday, August 5th, 2022. Opportunities are available in several different divisions for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates (Winter/Spring 2022). Those interested in the following fields should apply: architecture, engineering, computer science, community engagement, human resources, finance, urban design, urban studies, urban planning, and zoning. Through this link candidates can access all postings with applicable information for each role.
Candidates are encouraged to apply to as many positions as they are interested in and qualify for. We strongly encourage any interested candidates to work with their professors or Career Centers to ensure that their resume and cover letter reflect the skills listed in the posting. Note that the final application deadline will be on Friday, April 29th at 5pm.
