The New York Yankees have opened three paid internship slots this spring specifically for CUNY students!
To qualify you must:
- Be a currently registered Junior or Senior at a CUNY school
- Be available to work in person at Yankee Stadium
- Be available to work 8-15 hours per week between the hours of 9am-5pm during the Spring 2022 semester
- Be vaccinated
The internship will begin in March and will likely run into June depending on candidate availability. Interns will be paid $15/ hour. Please see the attached document for additional information (content is also pasted below).

Job Functions (Subject to Change): Administrative, Community Relations, Human Resources, Media Relations, Stadium Operations
Description: The New York Yankees Spring 2022 internship program will introduce college students to a range of professional opportunities in the sports industry. Interns will be exposed to departments throughout the Yankees organization, each with a strong connection to community involvement. Selected interns will be exposed to real-world work experiences, provided professional and career advisement, and given opportunities to network with others throughout the company. Interns will learn about the sports industry while developing skills and knowledge to help them move forward in their professional endeavors.
Internship opportunities will vary but may include:
- Community Relations
- Human Resources
- Media Relations
- Stadium Operations
- Publications
- Social Media/Video Productions
Internships are paid positions, and college credit is not available. All you need is an up-to-date resume to be considered!
