The NPRDP will award $2,000 scholarships to exceptional high school seniors and undergraduate students of Puerto Rican descent who are making a difference in their community.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Puerto Rican descent (at least one parent);
• Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) of 3.0 or better or the equivalent high school grade;
• Currently a senior in high school or enrolled full-time in a college/university as a freshman, sophomore or junior;
• Between the ages of 17 and 25;
• Demonstrated participation in volunteer/community service;
• Written application and supporting materials in their entirety (in English or Spanish); and
• Virtual interview with members of the NPRDP Selection Committee (in English or Spanish).
