Are you interested in reporting a story from overseas? If so, please come to the Pulitzer Center Fellowship Info Session at 1 pm on Dec. 6 in Hunter North 503 or on Zoom.

The Hunter College journalism program is thrilled to once again be partnering with the Pulitzer Center to offer a reporting fellowship to a Hunter College student to do original reporting overseas.

The fellowship comes with a $3,000 stipend and a professional mentor who will work with you on the story. The Pulitzer Center is looking for under-reported story ideas on matters of consequence: public health, social justice, the environment, education, migration, and refugee crises, to name a few. The information session will be held in person and on Zoom on December 6th in Hunter North room 503 at 1 pm, and all students are encouraged to attend. The program has partnered with the Pulitzer Center for seven years on this initiative. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2024. For more information, click here or contact Sissel McCarthy, the director of the Journalism Program.
