The New York Women in Communications (NYWICI) is offering complimentary memberships to students until you turn 26! This is a very generous offer and a wonderful organization for networking for women in all communications fields. There is also a free networking event on Nov. 9. NYWICI is a 94-year-old professional organization for women in communications. Our not-for-profit boasts 2,500 members from students to senior executives across various communications fields. Whether you are a journalist or a marketing professional, NYWICI has a place for you. NYWICI is a wonderful place for students studying or interested in a career in the communications field to meet with other like-minded women.
Membership in our organization gives access to our network, community, mentorship, and professional and career development, including various virtual and in-person events. Members experience a wide range of benefits, whether just starting out or holding more senior positions. NYWICI is pleased to announce that membership is free for students and young professionals 26 years of age and younger.
In the 2024 calendar year, students can look forward to participating in 2-3 social networking events, a virtual career fair, a student bootcamp, and more.
