We are pleased to invite you to apply for the Spring 2024 Eva Kastan Grove Fellowship at Roosevelt House, Hunter College!
The Grove Fellowship Program is a prestigious and rigorous Fellowship that provides mentorship, professional development and a $2000 financial award to Grove Fellows, students who are committed to public service, public policy and human rights.
The Grove Fellowship Program provides students with an opportunity to learn from Grove Leaders, accomplished public policy and human rights leaders and scholars who will spend the Spring 2024 semester (January — May 2024) mentoring students and facilitating discussions on campus. Grove Fellows work with a Grove Leader and a cohort of up to five students to complete a project that advances public policy and human rights locally, nationally or globally.
In previous years, Grove Fellows have had the opportunity to work on projects related to post-COVID economic recovery efforts in NYC, housing insecurity, criminal justice reform, and more. For a complete list of prior Grove Leaders and their cohorts, visit the Eva Kastan Grove Fellowship website.
Eligibility Requirements: The Grove Fellowship Program is open to all Hunter students, regardless of major. Candidates must have earned, at minimum, 30 credits and be enrolled at Hunter College during the Spring 2024 semester as full-time students (12 or more credits). A minimum of 1/3 of these credits must have been earned at Hunter College. Graduate students and individuals with advanced degrees are not eligible to apply.
