The Role:

The Artist Management Internship at C3 Management is a unique opportunity to work directly with some of the most well-known artists in the music industry.

As an Artist Management Intern, you have the opportunity to work with our team and develop skills in managing and marketing different artists. The position is a way to get unique view into the ever-changing music industry and marketing.

Responsibilities:

●               Social media management

o        Strategy, posting and organizing

o        Editing videos for TikTok and other social media use

o        Researching and presenting weekly current TikTok trends/sounds/edits to be used in real time by our artists

●               Researching and presenting engaging general Marketing + Tour Marketing strategies

●               Keep a detailed stat sheet to notice trends among the artists

●               Assist in increasing impressions on the firm’s client assets

●               Assist with travel logistics and accounting

●               Provide support to staff with ongoing Tour related needs (aka tracking merch shipments, updating tour admats, accepting and sending Meta Business Manager requests, sourcing local photographers)

●               Researching NFT, Web3 and other developing platforms as they relate to music marketing

●               Asset management + organization

●               Basic office management

●               Provide a fresh perspective on our clients’ material

●               Offer insights and their own experiences to related media

●               Consistently meet deadlines

●               Research press outlets, playlists, collaborators, curators, etc

Qualifications:

●                    Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Masters program at an accredited college or university

●                    Must be 18 years or older and have sophomore standing or above

●                    Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
