I hope you are doing well! My name is Taryana Gilbeau, I am the new Attraction and Pipeline Manager on Paramount’s Campus and Early Career Recruiting team. I oversee all of our college and DEI partnerships and am excited to work with each of you. I have spoken to many of you and look forward to continued conversations with those I haven’t had a chance to connect with.

I’m excited to share information regarding Paramount’sFall recruiting schedule and Summer Internship applications! We also have a number of virtual events we would love for you to share with your student community. Highlights below.

Summer Internship Application Timeline:

  • All internship applications are now LIVE as of Monday, October 3rd! Encourage students toapply now! 
  • Students are accepted on a rolling basis so encourage everyone to apply as soon as possible
  • Applications will close Friday, December 30th 

Virtual Events: REGISTER HERE!

  • Virtual info sessions: October 13th and 25th
  • Multicultural Media Summit: Wed, November 9 – Thursday, November 10th
  • Students can register for all events HERE. This page will always have updated information on our virtual events.
  • Staff and Faculty are welcomed to join!

We know students are asking, so here are some tips & tricks on how to secure a Paramount internship!

  • If you don’t have previous internship experience, speak to your leadership skills on campus and/or ways you  are a leader in your community.
  • A succinct statement at the top that states what they’re looking for, why they are passionate about the role, and what they’re going to bring to the table is preferred over a cover letter. 
  • For tech intern roles, showcase your skills in: coding, excel, data analytics, etc. While you are not expected to be an expert our recruiters are looking for some foundational tech skills.
