My name is Brian Morgan, and I lead the Morgan Manhattan real estate team in New York City. With nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate, I’m in the process of building a content-creation program (short-form Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational video posts) aimed at buyers and sellers.
I’m reaching out because I’d like to offer a paid opportunity for a student filmmaker / content creator to shadow me for 2-10 hours per week in NYC, filming real-world work (property showings, client meetings, lifestyle content) and working with me to craft dynamic content.
What I’m looking for:
- Someone comfortable with camera/phone filming in NYC on-location
- A creative mindset — I’m open to ideas and creative input from the filmmaker: you bring your vision, I bring the real-world real estate context
- Reliability and professional attitude
- Flexible scheduling (we’ll plan shoots in advance)
