Hello!
I wanted to share some good news that you can share with the students you know. Once again, YoFi Fest is offering our “golden ticket” Student Pass, which allows students to choose from a curated program that includes many of our screenings and workshops at our 13th annual film festival.
YoFi Fest is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to raise the level of arts and culture in our community. We think of our screen as a window into lives beyond our own, and by looking through that window we can inspire people to reduce xenophobia and dream bigger. We think it’s important to provide students an opportunity to connect with independent cinema and industry professionals that they otherwise might not have access to. It’s our hope that seeing other people’s stories and being part of the accompanying conversations will inspire them to find their own voices and tell their own stories.
Getting a pass is easy:
1) Go to YoFiFest.com;
2) Click on the “Tickets & Passes” button;
3) Click on the “Buy Passes” button;
4) Select ” Buy Student Pass”;
5) Enter discount code “yps2025”;
6) Check out for $0, check your email and select the programs you’d like to attend!
Here are the programs that the pass will give them access to (click links for details):

There is only one pass available per student and the tickets are non-transferable. Students should bring their valid school ID to all the screenings and be prepared to show it if asked.
We couldn’t do this without you, so thanks for your support and I hope to see you at the movies!
Best,
Dave Steck <davesteck@gmail.com>
