Hello! We are excited to announce the Dow Jones News Fund’s summer internship application will open by Sept. 16. College sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students will be able to apply for paid summer internships in audience engagement, data journalism, digital media, business reporting and multiplatform editing. This summer we placed 87 interns in more than 60 newsrooms. Most of our interns credit a college professor or career services for telling them about the Dow Jones News Fund program. We hope you will help DJNF this year by inviting us to your campus for a virtual visit. We are happy to give a program overview, share test tips and offer advice for success. Invite us to speak at your journalism class/department, career fair, student media newsroom or local/student chapters of national journalism organizations. If you are on the East Coast, we might be able to make an in-person trip!We will host two information sessions (9/30 and 10/8) about our programs, including the application and selection process; and two test prep sessions (10/2 and 10/11). Students or faculty can sign up here to RSVP or request recordings. College faculty can use the same form to request a virtual visit from a DJNF representative or email heather.taylor@dowjones.com.Best,Heather
