Job Description<\/h4>\n

As a student, a paid internship at HarperCollins <\/a>provides an exciting opportunity to work inside one of the world\u2019s largest publishers. We offer three 10-week paid internship programs throughout the year. While these programs are primarily focused on editorial, marketing, publicity, design, and managing editorial, we also offer professional development programming to give our interns a broad understanding of the entire publishing process.<\/p>\n

Summer
\nOur summer internship program spans ten weeks from early June through mid-August. As a summer intern, you will work for a specific department and imprint, but will be exposed to the entire publishing process through our Summer Internship Speaker Series \u2013 a weekly presentation by some of the savviest professionals the industry has to offer.
\nThe program concludes with a presentation titled \u201cHow to get a job in Publishing,\u201d providing industry-specific tips for your resume, cover letter and interview. In addition, you will have plenty of opportunities to network with your fellow interns!
\nOpen to incoming college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates (seniors and recent grads preferred).<\/p>\n

Fall\/Spring
\nOur fall and spring internship programs are both 14 hours per week for 10 weeks and are open to college sophomores, juniors and seniors only.<\/p>\n
