SIGHT UNSEEN Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sight Unseen, a financing and development film \/ TV production company, seeks interns for the spring 2019 term. This is a great opportunity to learn the nuances of development, finance, and production. Duties will include reading, evaluating, and discussing submissions from agents, managers, and executives, writing script coverage, evaluating and discussing short and feature length samples from emerging filmmakers, and learning the basic ins and outs of a production company. We are looking for highly motivated interns who want to get hands on experience that will prepare them for working in the film and TV world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide coverage on incoming scripts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participate in feedback on potential projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist with daily office tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organize\/manage important documents and shipping<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide administrative support such as photocopying, phones, replenishing office supplies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running occasional errands<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKILLS \/ INTERESTS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Has an interest in film\/tv, storytelling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic PC skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Independent self-starter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proactive<\/p>\n\n\n\n
