Our New York office is small, so as an intern you\u2019ll be very involved in all the various stages that go into developing kids media \u2013 including TV shows, toys, games, virtual reality, and just about anything else you can think of!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT pocket.watch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched in March 2017, pocket.watch is a new media brand for kids, their virtual entertainment headquarters living everywhere they live and celebrating the new digital stars, franchises and formats that they love today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Detail oriented<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Strong time management, organizational, and problem solving skills Ability to complete detailed digital research with limited instruction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Social Media Savvy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Familiarity with MAC OS, Microsoft Office, social networking, and internet research<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Basic Video-editing skills preferred, specifically using Premiere\/Adobe Suite<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Adobe Suite design experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Researching and covering potential properties, recommending potential talent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       General office maintenance and organization, including various errands, phone reception, mail runs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Edit and assemble video and decks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Potential writing and design opportunities
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Current undergraduate student of an accredited college or university<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Reside in or around NYC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Available to work 20 hours per week from January \u2013 May<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       Hard-working, collaborative and a great sense of humor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022       A strong interest in media and development, specifically children\u2019s media<\/p>\n\n\n\n
