\nAnnouncement: Asia Society, a prestigious non-profit institution that is the leading
\nforce in forging closer ties between Asia and the West through arts, education, policy
\nand business outreach, is looking for talented Video Production Interns to assist in
\nthe production of video content for its award-winning online team.
\nThe Asia Society Video Producer will instruct the interns in the production of
\nmultimedia content for our institutional website (AsiaSociety.org), including the
\nfollowing areas:
\n\u2022 Editing and production of Asia Society video packages and podcast.
\n\u2022 Production of multimedia posts for Instagram and YouTube.
\n\u2022 Identifying images from our Getty Images subscription for use on our website.
\n\u2022 How to archive in the media library.
\n\u2022 The moderating of comments on social media channels.
\n\u2022 Researching technology and content ideas.
\nEducation\/prior experience most suited for this internship:
\nApplicants must be current graduate or undergraduate students (60 credits and above
\nfor undergraduates). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop (After Effects a
\nplus) along with basic understanding of video and photo production is required.
\nInterns must also have a good understanding of Mac O.S., video codecs, and
\nimage\/video compression.
