Complex Media is currently seeking Marketing Promotions interns.
\nBelow please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assisting the Marketing Promotions managers with post event recaps, research, filing, coordination, etc.
\n\u2022 Sweepstakes fulfillment and arranging travel
\n\u2022 Maintenance of marketing collateral and custom merchandise
\n\u2022 Video pre-production and coordination
\n\u2022 Assisting with talent and venue research as needed
\n\u2022 Assisting with marketing event planning & coordination
\n\u2022 Daily administrative duties: expense reports, mailings, organizing lunches, making reservations, purchasing supplies<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
\n\u2022 Ability to write reports, business correspondence, excel documents with advertising data \u2013 goals, competitive research, etc.
\n\u2022 Ability to effectively present and\/or translate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales representative, clients, customers, and the general public
\n\u2022 Interns must supply their own laptop<\/p>\n
\u2022 MAC efficient
\n\u2022 Moderate to Advanced experience with: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Google Drive<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous events and production experience preferred
\n\u2022 Currently enrolled students only<\/p>\n
\u2022 Although this is an unpaid internship, we offer travel reimbursement<\/p>\n
