The\u00a02026 IRTS Summer Fellowship Program\u00a0<\/strong>application is OPEN!
Applications are due by\u00a0Thursday,\u00a0January 15th\u00a0at midnight ET.<\/strong>
The IRTS Foundation’s\u00a0Summer Fellowship Program provides an\u00a0outstanding\u00a0group of aspiring media professionals<\/strong>\u00a0with unparalleled\u00a0access to the industry.
In addition to their\u00a0internships, Fellows meet professionals from\u00a0top networks<\/strong>,\u00a0agencies<\/strong>,\u00a0station groups<\/strong>,\u00a0tech firms<\/strong>,\u00a0social strategy companies<\/strong>,\u00a0industry associations<\/strong>, and\u00a0much more<\/strong>! Many of our speakers are alumni of this very program that has been in existence for more than 50 years – successful role models eager to welcome Fellows to the IRTS family!\u00a0The knowledge that is gained through our meetings gives Fellows a unique, competitive edge as they launch their careers.
Current College \/\u00a0University\u00a0Juniors<\/strong>,\u00a0Seniors<\/strong>, and\u00a0Graduate<\/strong>\u00a0Students are eligible to apply.

Elevate Your Future with IRTS.<\/strong>\u00a0The Fellowship Program will begin with a comprehensive orientation week followed by an 8-week internship placement and supplemental programming throughout the summer.
This year’s program will include:<\/u><\/strong>
Round trip travel to and from NYC.<\/strong>\u00a0(air, train, or driving mileage reimbursement)Housing<\/strong>\u00a0at a downtown Manhattan university dormitory in a shared suite setting.A paid full-time internship<\/strong>\u00a0at a top New York media company that aligns with a student’s interests and career goals.A comprehensive Orientation Week<\/strong>\u00a0where Fellows have the rare opportunity to gain unparalleled access to a stellar lineup of leaders while visiting numerous companies.Weekly events<\/strong>\u00a0including panel discussions, company visits, professional development and speaker sessions.Mentoring<\/strong>\u00a0and access to the vast IRTS network.Extensive career counseling and networking opportunities<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure that each student makes the most of this New York experience!
Accomplished students from all majors,\u00a0<\/strong>including\u00a0advertising, business, communications, data science, information technology, journalism, marketing, production, public relations, etc.,<\/strong>\u00a0are encouraged to apply!<\/strong>
Students must be a current junior, senior,\u00a0or<\/em>\u00a0grad student who has not graduated before April 2026.
