Do you live online, and consume the latest hip-hop news via social media? A XXL internship allows you to create content for discerning hip-hop fans like yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XXL (4.33M YT subs, 9.4M insta followers, 4.7M X followers) is a brand for the most passionate hip-hop fan. We\u2019re the go to place for the latest hip-hop news and topics. Our interns\u2019 duties range from being on air talent, creating content for social media, and being the ultimate hip-hop fan.&nbsp; As a XXL intern, you will be embedded with our social media team, working on production and post-production, and scheduling.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XXL (a brand owned by Townsquare Media) seeks a talented, creative self-starter for a Digital Production internship. The intern will report to the Internship Supervisor and work a minimum of <strong>two (2) full days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a <strong>REMOTE<\/strong> internship. Interns are asked to provide their own computer, though we do provide a hard drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in the development and editing of video content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the development, editing, and posting of social media content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with other requests from the production and admin team as necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being on-air talent for recording of video content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A strong working knowledge and passion of the XXL brand and hip-hop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obsessive follower of past and current hip-hop music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical thinker who loves to identify problems and create solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro) experience required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Social Media editing software preferred (CapCut, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mac Computer Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Resumes, cover letters, and samples\/links to samples of work required to apply.
