TV Production Management\/Digital Marketing Assistant<\/strong> for Film Festival Initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeking a recent graduate or alumni with solid experience in digital marketing with strong project management<\/strong> skills<\/strong>. We are not looking for filmmakers or journalists, however experience in film and media is a plus. It’s a part-time, 20hrs\/week, paid position starting on May 1st. Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Assistant would perform clerical, administrative, research, and other project management tasks related to production and digital marketing under the supervision of a Senior Production Manager.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The Assistant would arrange meetings, organize documents, and update records related to the film festival Initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Update the film submissions database, review films, and prepare deliverables for the film festival library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist in producing TV studio shows. Publish and manage content on various marketing platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist with interns’ onboarding and scheduling tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 1 \u20133 years of experience publishing and managing content on digital marketing platforms. Experience in film, television, or advertising. Proficient in video editing and promotional design (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.) Highly proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Ability to create and analyze reports and databases. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: <\/strong>Midtown<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-Person\/Remote: <\/strong>In-person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours\/Days:<\/strong> 20 hrs.\/week. Monday – Friday   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compensation:<\/strong> $25.51\/hr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
