My name is Taryana Gilbeau, I am the new Attraction and Pipeline Manager on Paramount\u2019s Campus and Early Career Recruiting team. I oversee all of our college and DEI partnerships and am excited to work with each of you. This page will always have updated information on our virtual events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff and Faculty are welcomed to join!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>We know students are asking, so here are some tips &amp; tricks on how to secure a Paramount internship!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you don\u2019t have previous internship experience, speak to your leadership skills on campus and\/or ways you &nbsp;are a leader in your community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A succinct statement at the top that states what they\u2019re looking for, why they are passionate about the role, and what they\u2019re going to bring to the table is preferred over a cover letter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For tech intern roles, showcase your skills in: coding, excel, data analytics, etc. While you are not expected to be an expert our recruiters are looking for some foundational tech skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to update you on events and opportunities to share with your students.
