This is an opportunity to get hands-on editorial, social and product experience on a rapidly growing digital property. This is a paid internship, and one that is also eligible for credit. Work schedule is flexible based upon the candidate and Decider team\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct research for content that the Decider staff is working on (articles, lists, video)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather and edit digital assets (still images, screencaps, GIFs, videos) for publication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in content planning meetings by pitching new ideas for blog posts, galleries, videos, and stand-alone social media executions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute ideas that have been approved for publication on Decider.com and their respective social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Decider\u2019s Social Media Editor in developing and optimizing site\u2019s social media strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent knowledge of pop culture landscape, both past and present<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creativity and flexibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong writing and editing experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple assignments at once<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent&nbsp;time-management&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eager team player<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop required; familiarity with WordPress extremely beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>https:\/\/nypost.com\/careers\/decider-intern-2\/ Decider Intern Decider.com, a New York Post Digital Network property, is seeking an editorial intern to join our team!
