Writer and director Andrew Bujalski will be screening his new film Results at Hunter next week. The screening, along with a discussion with Prof. Shanti Thakur, will take place on Thursday, March 17th in HN502 at 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

A Ripple of Hope Screening & Discussion

Today, there will be a screening for A Ripple of Hope. The film is a documentary about Robert F. Kennedy’s historical visit to South Africa in 1996. The screening, as well as a discussion is being held by filmmaker and Professor Larry Shore.

Prof. Gitlin’s film, That Which Is Possible, is playing as part of the ReelAbilities Film Festival this weekend.

“Musical, bracing, and tender, That Which Is Possible is a portrait of a community of artists making work at the Living Museum, an art-space on the grounds of a large state-run psychiatric hospital in Queens, New York.”

 

Dates and times:

Saturday, March 12 – 2:00 p.m.
The Museum of the Moving Image, Queens
Admission: $12; includes all exhibits at the museum.
